The Toronto Maple Leafs have traded forward Patrick Marleau, 2020 conditional 1st round pick (Top 10 protected in 2020, if not used, unprotected in 2021), and a 2020 7th round pick for a 2020 6th round pick.

Kevin Kurz: “I understand why Marleau would want to come back to San Jose. But Wilson has so much on his plate right now, I can’t see him making any commitment until the dust settles with free agency”

Brian Lawton: Next question do the welcome Marleau back with open arms or is and old coach a possible landing spot”
